JB3 went to the Viking Jazz Festival in Poulsbo and came away with 2nd in the 1A/2A division.
JB1 went to the Bellevue College Jazz Festival and came away with 1st place. And, our own Andrew Karboski’s composition had its world premier!

This recording captures the final performance of our magical two-week European Tour in the summer of 2012. With festival gigs in Vienne, Montreux, Toulon, Modena and finally the Umbria Jazz Festival in Perugia, this tour was truly an amazing experience for all of us. I cannot possibly express the depth of my gratitude to the Roosevelt Jazz parents, nor my tremendous pride in the students of the Roosevelt Jazz Band. You all know how I feel… you are the best!
