Earshot Jazz Festival comes to Roosevelt to host BATTLE OF THE BANDS!
Roosevelt’s Jazz Band 1 will share the stage with long-time (friendly) rivals Garfield Jazz Band 1 as part of the Earshot Jazz Festival on Oct. 25th at 5pm. Do not miss it! These are two of the region’s premier high school jazz bands directed by Ms. Hannah Mowry (Roosevelt), and Mr. Jared Sessink (Garfield) together on one stage to battle it out and swing like mad.
