Roosevelt Jazz Welcomes Your SupportRoosevelt High School's Jazz Program is a public school program that develops
student performers into highly accomplished musicians. Year after year,
the band and vocalists reach a level of skill, style and swing that has earned
the program a strong national and international reputation. This is accomplished with the facilities
and instruments a public school can provide, augmented by parent support and fund raising
from a generous community. Your donations enable students in the Roosevelt Jazz
Program to have the necessary equipment, coaching and performance opportunities
for them to reach their potential as musicians. Your support is always needed and profoundly appreciated.
This year, for example, the program is working to raise the money needed to
outfit the newly renovated Roosevelt High School with recording equipment. There are many ways to contribute. Here are a few:For cash donations, please send your check to:

Other Ways to Support the BandAuction: The Big Band Dance and Auction is held in the Spring and is the main fundraiser for the program. Please consider donating an item for the auction, or buying tickets to attend this fabulous event. Hire The Band: The entire band or smaller combos are available for your event. Gig fees support the program. For more information, see Hire The Band. Buy Merchandise: Sales of CD's and band-themed apparel (hats, t-shirts, aprons) provide direct support to the program. Both CD's and apparel are available at our concerts; CD's can be purchased online. Thank you!
